Treaty 9 First Nations taking Ontario, Ottawa to court to get equal say in land decisions

Several First Nations announce they’re taking the Ontario and Canadian governments to court, in a lawsuit their lead lawyer says could fundamentally change the way resource and land management decisions are made in Treaty 9 territory.
