Avian flu outbreaks in B.C. and Alberta causing concern in Yukon

No case of avian flu has been reported in the territory yet but with spring migration, the possibility of it spreading here is real, says the acting program veterinarian with the Yukon government’s animal health unit. She offers tips to keep poultry safe.
