Last week we were able to get together in person for the first time in over a year for our annual “On-the-Land” gathering, which we were unable to do in 2020, sadly.
We had a fantastic few days enjoying sunny skies, mountains, and beaches at Silver City, Kluane Lake. It made for an inspiring backdrop as we worked together on developing a new 5-year Strategic Plan.
We had guest presentations from Kluane First Nation and Champagne Aishihik First Nations. And we said farewell to our good friend and now former Board member, Ron Chambers, whose term with the Board has sadly expired.
Dennis Zimmermann facilitated the workshop portion of our meeting. He helped us come together to create a new Strategic Plan and Vision Statement that we are all proud to put forward.
