YUKON WILDLIFE ACT REGULATION CHANGES

In upholding its responsibility under the Umbrella Final Agreement to make provisions for public involvement in the management of fish and wildlife, the Yukon Fish and Wildlife Management Board, in collaboration with the Yukon Government Department of Environment, has established a process where changes to regulations under the territory’s Wildlife Act and Fishery Regulations may be proposed and reviewed by any Yukon resident individual, group, or government.

Please see our Regulation Change Process page for further details, the proposal form, and deadline information.
